basically in East Asian corpo culture, apparent loyalty to the company gets you higher in position and secures your reputation, rather than actual productivity. my dad is an executive of a company and he talked about the exact same thing as you. niggas don't produce anything and don't contribute to anything but they'd act all bussin' and busy af working overtime until night.
meanwhile workers who actually care about their work, voicing criticism for the good of the company, producing more results but refuses working overtime, trying hard to get things done and quarreling with said lazy niggers etc. all end up being hurt, neglected and eventually dies out in the corporate ladder.
