they fully implement the second German sound shift (leading to their kch sounds), they do not implement the new high German diphthongization (same as Low German btw), so you get things like "mys chlyses Huus" for "mein kleines Haus"
accent wise, Swiss German does not use glottal stops, making word boundaries hard to distinguish for Germans, and have a rising tone in non-question sentences
Austrian and Bavarian are much more easily confused, especially Lower Bavaria and flatland Austria
Tyrolean is extremely distinct, you can hear a Tyrolean accent from their breathing alone
