Russia is using divide&conquer tactics to split NATO and the EU. In this case they are using the Polish resentiment towards Germany and flooding the internet with cheap propaganda en masse. Local politicians are also helping spread it because it gives them extra 0,2 percentage points in rural areas in the next election
