It means to go on and on without saying anything real, like "blah blah", similar to American dismissive term "flip-flop" but doesn't necessarily imply you're changing your mind, just waffling on innit

skibidi rizz sigma ohio grindset ong fr fr, basically there was a set of memes that was like "can't do anything in ohio" "can't have shit in ohio" using zoomer lingo ironically and making fun of zoomer/hood brainrot with compressed fried jpegs, old/bad/crude/unshaded 3d models, random clipart and stock photos, Minecraft stuff, showing random increasingly horrifying, alien, or eldritch things happening. This then turned into just "[thing] in ohio" and now ohio can be said to just mean weird and cursed. This meme also originally was supposed to mock rural soft-conservatives in flyover states because Ohio was learning more and more towards Trump during this time, but like most things of that nature the flyover kids just thought it was funny so it became just a joke

ishowspeed lived in a streamer house and there was this kind of weird gay bit they did where the fat one (fanum) owned the house so he could bust into their room and take some or all of their food so whenever they ordered food they had to hide it or he'd bust in and grab the food and they would basically roughhouse/fight on stream but they were black enough to get away with no ban for it

This one took me a long while to realize, black people don't know they can put their drug money
in a bank with basically no questions asked because they make less than minimum wage dealing drugs on average, so they keep money in rolls or wads adding up to $1000 (well they would if they were like the italian "OG"s and not addicted to crack), and those $1000 groups of money are secured with a rubber band. So while you'd think band for band would refer to something like a music version of break dancing, actually it means to compete in showing off wealth in one way or another, usually by wasting it on cringe European designer clothes or American similarly overpriced sneakers.
