As it stands, even if these countries (not just Slovakia, but all the commieblock infested cunts) wanted better looking cities, it's just not worth destroying these, because despite their brutalist and ugly looks, they stand firm, and the only reason to get rid of them would be aesthetic, to the detriment of convenience and economy.
What I mean to say is, people who wish to judge countries by their architectural aesthetics, should ignore ALL the commieblocks built before the 2000s and instead look at their rural/original buildings.
Do they exist? Yes. Are they representative of the identity of a country? No.
That's like judging the personality of someone by how their benign tumor looks.
