they do make relatively small ones but they hold the compressor inside the house so theyre loud and less efficient than the normal ones.

in general vapor compression cooling isnt worth it without good insulation to keep the heat out which mobile suits dont have. its much simpler to just wear those vests that have have fans on them blow air inside and cool you or that neck band thing that has fans
