I recommend you watch the WBC. Last WBC was so amazing. I thought it was going to be low parity boring but so many great games. Mexico vs Japan in the Semis was awesome. Korea vs Australia was a classic. Czechia beating China was great. Any game with Taiwan is raucous

there's quite a few baseball diamonds where I live yet I don't know anyone who has ever played baseball.
I'm guessing it's just for kids playing Tee Ball.

I looked into pickup leagues and there was nothing in my pretty wealthy state. The next state over had one from several years ago that was just Venezuelans and Cubans, but they stopped posting anything.
