You forget that a Hindu man gets disowned by his family and community for marrying a Muslim woman and the children would traditionally be ostracised from Hindu society, it even happened to the children of the Peshwa Bajirao by his Muslim wife Mastani, and Mastani herself was the daughter of the Hindu Rajput Chhatrasal and his Persian concubine (Of all groups, Rajput men were the most likely to marry out, even marry Muslims or Dalits and still have their offspring considered Rajputs and Hindus though, I don't know why Mastani remained Muslim).
