>>212816746You're a patibular idiot and I'll tell you why, for a couple of reasons: (one) the lifespan was negligible as you could've died in childhood or as early as your 20s, by the 30s you were considered an early senior or early elder by some standards; (two) marriage such as these were political or had some level of pedigree (yes, the horrible nobles married young kids, some chose to be horrible all the way, others waited until much much later), (third) thankfully, with better foodstuffs and some basic knowledge in medicine that prevented clumsy early deaths made early marriages null as a method.
