I could spend 30-45 minutes hand picking good Algerian songs from all genres but in my experience people on 4chin don't value effort and won't even bother replying or listening, so I'll just list artists that I think are good and you can do the legwork of finding their stuff if you actually care

I didn't notice the recent part and I'm not sure I could be of too much help considering I don't listen to recent music in any country really, my musical taste is too boomer-y
but on that list there's some recent artists (as in post 2000), if you just keep these it'd become:
