Everyone's going extinct, and I can't wait. Even most coastal African countries are around ~2, the only place on the entire planet where people ACTUALLY breed is the darkest jungles in the interior of Africa.
My vision of the future is a handful of mega-cities scattered around the world that function as production centers, education, scienctific, etc, with the rest of the Earth returned to wilderness interspersed with the occasional 90% self-sufficient tribes/colonies/villages. Most cities will shrivel up and die, only around 5-10 megacities will survive per continent (London, Tokyo, Paris, New York, etc). Populations will continue to drop well into the 2500's. It will be glorious.

The systems that cause people to stop reproducing will collapse, and the populations with social norms that lead them to not reproducing will die.

It was just a few examples. London is much more likely to remain than Paris, there's nothing really special about Paris. Tokyo is very strong, and in Germany it might be somewhere in the Ruhr megalopolis. No city in the US or Canada is really that dense or impressive other than New York though, something new might spring up or consolidate, there's at least enough people in North America. Maybe Los Angeles would concentrate around its core.
