5080 is fine, double the price for a 5090 for 30% better benchmarks is retarded.

Mostly by saving up months of salary to buy a mid range gpu

You can get a decent card for $80 to $150. It will be 5 years old but will still run most games

I live in an area of Canada where electricity is free and is super cold. I have an 1600w asic miner and I also mine with GPU. I sold a GPU I bought for 1000 dollars 5 yrs ago for $200 dollars to my friend and I mined over $2000on that gpu. I felt bad for selling such an abused to GPU so I let it go for 200. If electricity is free, GPu is a money maker and income generator. I generate about $ 1200 dollars per year from my space heaters.
