Not true, many Protestants build nice churches, but you're also forgetting that most of the great, world-historical products of European church architecture, whether Catholic or Protestant, were built before the Reformation. Criticising Protestants for not creating great architecture anymore is like criticising Protestants for not having great composers anymore, it reflects just as badly on Catholics, the only difference is that the Catholics LARP with their kitsch and unoriginal modern day churches, mass-compositions and consumerist Mary icons.
