There's a minuscule part of national and a more significant but still small part of the supranational budgets that are allocated to absolutely every kind of NGOs: drug use prevention, fight against racism and domestic violence, fight against poverty and homelessness, etc. including saving and feeding and sometimes but more rarely housing migrants.
Fact is that illegal immigration is the least of governmental concern and it would piss off less the right wing if it was taken care of in some way or another.
I'm for strongly enforcing migration laws but not even far-right governments do it.
