it is indeed, because the british invaded Guatemala, Honduras, and Nicaragua they brought a lot of pakis for the British Trade Company, that bread you look there is Indian/Pakistani culture that became part of the day tk day central american cousine, with a mix of native american and european due to the beans and the omelette
