You'll get older and learn to stop caring anyway

There's not much left for me to do in this life. Everyone is better and i am unnecessary. I have a lot of things planned but i know i wont ever do them. Dying early and leaving my parents without a caretaker as they age seems abhorrent to me, immoral. But at 21 I've never had a job

You don't stop caring when you get older, you just learn to live with the terror slightly better, until you get really old and then are resigned, still in fear, to your fate--- though you don't want to go.

I guess, but I don't make threads on /int/ about it. Everything that ever was or will ever be will be extinguished eventually. Why let that hold you up?

Or maybe not.
>Why let that hold you up?
I don't. But I fail to understand people who aren't at least somewhat curious over the fact that anything exists at all, which is nonsensical enough to begin with.

You're just going through babby's first existential crisis I would bet. If you're older than 20 and still being "terrified" of these thoughts I would be shocked

You have the IQ of a braindead goose if you don't fear oblivion or eternity.

Under 20 it is. You'll look back at yourself 10 years from now and feel at least a bit silly
