It's just as difficult to get work visa in Japan or Korea for us, unless you speak of seasonal worker visa (which doesn't allow you to stay in the country). I would need to get invited by a Japanese or Korean company into the country with a formal job offer, among other requirements. The easiest way to stay would be to go study there in university, but it's very expensive for foreigners
