Children in the universe always come in mother's race. Bretons are a product of SO MUCH generational interfucking that they spawned a "new" race of humans who are better at magic. More of a selective breeding, than a hybrid.

Mer women lore wise don’t mix with men races. Mixed race children in the lore usually look like the mother's race, the reason why Bretons as a race exist is because the Altmer did so much fucking over a millennia it spawned a new race rather than the children just looking like normal men.

i can't help you there really as i always make my own perhaps you can find one shilled to you on youtube or check the wabbajack site but in the end you always want something tailored to your playstyles unless you have no problem with bloated modlists then perhaps lorerim or nolvus might suite your taste
