i'm perpetually too hot for like half the year and have a bunch of other problems that make my sleep awful. usually i'm too tired to even have my mind wander but still can't get to sleep. i got 3 hours of sleep last night and i feel like death

honestly? i dont reccomend it - fine line between finding out the meaning of life and going legitimately insane
