>apparently a protest against the quran burnings that were taking place at the time
>at the other end of the town square is a man talking into a microphone about his schizo anti-vax theories
>also discover tipping culture has landed in Sweden
>also the shopping mall burns down and fills the city with black smoke
>Swedes can't even understand what I'm saying even though I speak perfect swedish
Never again, that day Sweden lost a loyal customer/regular tourist. It's only eesti and domestic trips for me from here on out.

it is, scarred for life.
But on the outskirts of the city I NOOTICED that Teslas were a lot more common in Sweden than over here, proof of the wealth disparity and how poor Finland really is. It's probably an okay place to live if you are a mid-to-upper class Swede living in a village outside the city. But the city is horrible nevermind the commieblock suburbs just outside the cities where 100% of the population are immigrants.

>come to an open square with like 20-30 people standing in a semicircle
>old guy standing on a crate yelling something that sounds like total gibberish
>realize he's speaking Basque
>stand there watching him for a moment
>suddenly the old guy realizes I'm here, turns to me and yells something in Basque
>everyone else turns to face me
>say "I'm American" in English
>a bunch of people laugh
>someone gives me a pamphlet in English
>learn it was a local Basque separatist group holding a public rally
