I do every single day. I'm also on fin to stop the hair loss but it's not helping.

I'm 25 and my hair is thinning on the top. Should I bother with finasteride or minoxidil or what is always mentioned or should I just buzz/shave when it's too bad? So far it's still fine. Honest answers please.

I started using minox at 20 after noticing my hairline thinning at 19 and I think I've preserved my hair quite well during these 5 years but my scalp did have some diffuse thinning since which is visible under direct light. For reference my dad was already bald by his mid 20s.
Try minox and dermarolling if you're still in early phases of losing hair, I wouldn't recommend fin but you can make some life changes to avoid DHT like personally I think that certain whey protein isolates made me start losing my hair more.
