Obviously not. War crime of the highest order. You are not allowed to target civilians even if it would end the war faster.

Of course not, Amerimutts are only good at bombing civilians, the Japanese already lost the war after the Battle of Manchuria, but the amerimutts had to please their kike overlords and attack more civilian populations with no strategic value.

As necessary as the Soviets invading Manchuria. Imperial Japan soldiers and civilians were pretty much equivalent to today's Islamic extremists in regard to their willingness to die. We could've invaded the home islands and what hold ours happened to be left, but realistically that probably would've lasted until the early 1950s
