its not so much that its incredible, its just that american infrastructure is actively hostile towards bicycles, so it seems amazing to you by comparison. ive never seen a country that hates bikers more than america

I'm sure it's better than in America, but then again pretty much anywhere is. I wouldn't call it incredible. It's okay-ish in the cities and absent between cities. You just bike along the road and hope you're not sideswiped by a crazy road rager.
