A family friend met a Swede working here and she asked him if he's just temporarily working here but then apparently he became really serious and said he wants to stay in Australia and that Sweden is no longer safe with all the crime.

I actually grew up in St George and still live and work in the area. My daily schedule literally consists of cleaning water troughs, driving around my Hilux in the paddocks, and getting covered in cow shit every time we yard them up and mark calves or draught cattle.

It's nothing special though, a lot of city raised blokes come out here when they turn 18 and work in cattle stations or with sheep shearing for like 1-2 years and you just sort of learn all these "bush" habits out of necessity. Literally anyone can do it, I've met 30 year old European backpackers who come out here and do it.

As recently as 10-15 years ago, things were mostly fine. Not perfect, but the economy was chugging along quite nicely. Crime was declining. Things were still affordable. Immigration, while higher than most people would've liked, wasn't as insane as it's become in recent years. The all consuming culture wars were still in their infancy. Fast forward to the 2020's and it's hard to even put into words how bad things have gotten. Everything went to shit SO quickly, accelerated by the pandemic. Nobody has any hope left for this country. Absolutely nobody. Zoomers are probably the most blackpilled and nihilistic generation in history. Things are only going to continue to get worse and even most normies accept this, even though they'll never admit it out loud.
