I think Chinese gacha games looks pretty good. Admittedly, I don't actually play them, but I do like the community artwork on them. Took fancy with ZZZ girls, I think Evelyn Chevalier looks pretty good, but all of Chinese gacha girls are pretty cute. Yes, obviously I'm talking about the porn. Not strictly Chinese, but the game ANATA looks neat. I probably look into it if received well and its not gacha.
I think Chinese culture is a lot insular. They don't seems to make an active effort to include people. I think in the early years, Japanese culture was the same. It was restricted to the nerds and otakus, before it hit critical mass and became super popular. Maybe that will happen to China, though slower due political environment.
