the mass migration into the arabian gulf only dates back decades
there is no precedent for this and it hasnt seriously been tried yet
but if you look at historical examples the manchus and mongolians both ruled over china at one point and clearly they no longer do
turks ruled over arabs and clearly they no longer do
the definition of citizen gradually expanded broader and broader in rome until even asians and africans were emperors
now unless you want to say arabs are just uniquely better at maintaining a minority rule, i find it hard to believe

and the revolutions dont necessarily have to come from the new migrants
often times it comes from inside the minority ruling class
all it would take is for one of them to realize they could leverage this population to crush some political clique inside the old ruling class
be it king or prince or influential religious figure
it's different but as an example the support for giving women the vote didnt come from people who thought women were as qualified as men but it came from people who realized if women did have the vote theyd be more likely to win the election
