I have trouble breathing. I'm extremely tired even though I barely did anything today. My heart also feels weird. I think a heart attack is imminent. When it finally hits, I'm just gonna lay down on my bed and wait. Not gonna call an ambulance or ask for help. It's over for me.

yes and no. happend but i called ambulance. there is something extremely comfy just giving your life, body and well being over to someone else. that is if you have reliable and trustworthy ambulance and first aid workers in your cunt. tell them where it hurtsz what troubles you and let them do their things.

You are not going to die, bro, you are just extremelly anxious and tired. Happens all the time. Just try to relax, it really makes a difference and if there's something that is giving you anxiety, then you can just blame that thing and be shure it won't last forever (because nothing does).

I felt the same recently and when I went to the hospital they just sent me home with an "anxiety" diagnosis without even testing me. I even had to pay for it

I still had trouble breathing for the next month, so I think I had some sort of allergic reaction

it's been like a year since this happened to me. I still have the same shit, heart palpitations and deep fatigue in my chest with shortness of breath. my jaw gets tired easily when I chew and my limbs go numb very quicky in certain positions.

I went to the hospital when it happened but they just billed me however many thousands of dollars and basically said "come back when you have an actual emergency"
