Americans don’t do land acknowledgments. That’s and Aussiecuck/cancuck thing. I barely even know what indigenous tribe im currently stealing land from and honestly don’t really care

This is the UN guidelines for calling a group "indigenous"

• Self- identification as indigenous peoples at the individual level and accepted by the community as their
member.
• Historical continuity with pre-colonial and/or pre-settler societies
• Strong link to territories and surrounding natural resources
• Distinct social, economic or political systems
• Distinct language, culture and beliefs
• Form non-dominant groups of society
• Resolve to maintain and reproduce their ancestral environments and systems as distinctive peoples and
communities.

There is also the informal sense of the term "indigenous" as in "ancestors lived in a place" in which case all humanity is "indigenous" to Africa. But in terms of the UN definition its mostly just a handful of tribes that live marginalized, "natural" lifestyles in spite of having been there first--San and Pygmies are Indigenous, Yoruba are not.

where do they draw the line for pre-colonial? does a colonial society require trans-ocean movement by their definition?

No, and notice they also say "pre-settler". This is why, for example, the San or Pygmies can be indigenous vs Bantu majorities

so since latinos are the dominant group in their countries, it's not a crime against indigenous people to send them all back?

Obviously not but its still ethnic cleasning, same as sending all the white people back.

And of course multiple indigenous people (from both USA as well as Mexico) have been detained and brutalized by chuds who just see brown = bad and that's about it
