Two 19 year olds in Dnepropetrovsk went on a torture-murder spree in 2008.
They tortured at least a dozen people to death. Recording most of them.

Only 1 video was leaked where they beat an old man with a hammer while shredding his brain, guts and eyes with a screwdriver while he's still alive and crying.

The picture is like 140p, but the audio is pretty bad. It wasn't their worst murder either. I believe they performed a abortion on one of their female victims. But that along with the other vids never got leaked.

A guy on plebbit had a leaked a HD evidence photo of another victims face, it was beyond recognition. But his account was shut down and the pic deleted after.
