99% of women are beautiful, regardless of race or social class.
Men are biologically wired to find 99% of women attractive, so our standards for beauty in women are pretty low.
There's also the fact that femininity is associated with neotenous features: youthful faces, lack of hair, lack of muscles, lack of strength, etc. Lacking something is much easier than developing it.
Masculinity, on the other hand, is associated with developed features: strong face, wide frame, full body hair, big muscles, etc. These traits don't exist during childhood and need to be acquired during puberty and adulthood.
This is why women tend to be much more beautiful than men. It's both subjective (different mating strategies, leading to different standards) and objective (beauty in females is neotenous, which is easy to have. beauty in males is acquired/developed which is much harder).
