>>213026072 (OP)I can only sleep on my right side but I can only get sleepy lying on my left side, but I can only relax to get ready to sleep lying on my back, but when I do that my back sweats into the cover and mattress so I can't relax on my right OR left side because my side or hip will be in the sweat.
I can't sleep right on my side with two stacked pillows, but one is never enough, and my head is so heavy that big pillows eventually flatten down in the middle just as much as small ones. Overstuffed pillows will flatten down and also make me unable to breathe past them because my head is so heavy.
Firm overstuffed pillows put a crick in my neck because my head is so heavy. If I put an arm under a good pillow it's usually perfect but I wake up after a few hours with my arm asleep because my head is so heavy.
I have to sleep during the day because of my work schedule so I had to get blackout curtains but they still let in so much light.
I have a dehumidifier going on top of the AC but the air is still too humid. Sometimes I take a gallon of water and put it on the wire shelf next to my bed fresh out of the fridge, and/or an ice pack fresh out of the freezer, to condensate away more water, but then when I wake up I have to carefully shuck the water off and down into the carpet or when I lift the water over the bed it will shake loose all the condensation and make wet spots on the sheet like back sweat but smaller and wetter and very cold.
Sleeping is so hard.
