Pretty sure both aunt-uncle families are millionaire boomer households. Two cousins are medical doctors, an estranged relative has one of those "silly" doctoral degrees (not a PhD). Don't actually know parents' financials but it's gotta be low-mid six figures at least. I'm the pleb of the family and even I have zero debt and a 401(k) with six figures (soon). I think it may really be true that you cannot suffer in America
