Okay, and? Sharing and downloading illegal/pirated content online is illegal here, so of course people would go to jail (in Germany we call it "Gefängnis") for it.
I'm glad to live in a society where people can't just steal things and get away with it because of "anonymity", but I guess that isn't the case in other countries. Oh well, alas. Hope this helps!
