Well, it's a bit complicated, we have every kind of racism here, against niggers, whites, asians, browns, etc, but it's all pretty much irrelevant because the country overall is still a melting pot. Having a light skin color doesn't make half of the Brazilian population racially European. Brazil is mostly mixed, but social engineering makes it so that some pardos identify as black and some identify as white. In statistics, pardos are excluded to say that blacks are oppressed and whites are privileged.
