In the winter I can go many days without showering without feeling gross. Maybe because European weather doesn't typically make them sweat (except for recently), that makes it easier for them.

They sweat all day at home because they have no AC and they sweat some more when they go outside. Then they'll go days without taking a shower further compounding the BO accumulation. Once the cycle is complete, the average euro becomes a stink bomb with legs.
