yeah moderation is extremly nonsensical and draconic on /int/, ive lost count on how many times ive gotten bans for no real reason like troll posting because i replied to a post with an anime picture attached that i guess the janitor didnt liked, i fee like it depends on the board and that not all of them are full on power tripping douchebags, ive gotten warning on /a/ for things that would have probably deserved a 3 day ban
