It's a word for Bohemia which is only the (western) part of the country named Czechia/Czech Republic. Even Hitla, as a properly educated Austrian, knew this difference and that's why he cautiously named his protectorate "Bohmen und Mahren"

Bawü has the worst dialects and people. Everyone hates Swabians. The best looking cities in that area (Heidelberg and Colmar) both don’t really belong to Bawü/Schwaben/Baden, but to Elsass and the Palatinate. RP/Saarland have better dialects, much friendlier people, more remote scenery and comfy castles.
