I had that in the cheapest flat I ever rented, and it was totally shit. The shower was either freezing or boiling, there was no "sweet spot" that you could turn the handles to to shower comfortably. I'm so glad I moved out of there. I now have central heating.

i have solar power heater in my house, by the time the hot water arrives in the shower, I've already wasted 100 liters of water.
the custom here is to take quick showers twice a day, so I don't have the patience to wait for the hot water to arrive and simply use the electric shower.
