Venezuela is safe because Maduro doesn't kill people, he enslaves them. yes me too. I was 10 and it happened in class. They took my backpack and dumped everything out, then took my lunch ID and forced me to give up my PIN then beat me up. The teacher watched, cried, and didn't do anything. Later they dropped out of school when they found drugs, so they started coming to class as expelled students and drawing all over the bathrooms. The school didn't do anything about it until they started getting harassed by the teachers, so they brought their older brothers, and after beating up the teachers they finally banned expelled students and had NYPD sweep them all out after Christmas. Most of them then sat outside all day and banged on the walls. All of them were basketball-americans. It got worse in middle school and thankfully most didn't make it to highschool.

and this is why I hate black people

motherfucker, 'democracy' is a fanciful idealization, voting doesn't change shit and you as an individual has no power at all to change the powers that be, the game has always been rigged in favour of the established aristocracy that will never go away. the only difference is that some countries are able to hide their true faces better than others in order to keep tame the cattle that sustain them.

Latin American countries are not strong countries as European countries are. Most of them only have 1 meaningful city, like Russia, and the military is all conscripts controlled by secret police, like Russia. Which means: most of the lands are uncontrolled, most of the towns don't have a military garrison (or if they do are too incompetent to care or intentionally disarmed), and none of the villages pay taxes. Gang tattoos are a fast, easy way to identify themselves within a larger group for shared protection. This is because there is no meaningful police, because if you call the police they will beat you and rob you worse than the criminals. Which is why everyone trusts and prefers narcos to the government, because narco taxes are much lower and narcos do not hurt people without cause.

It's like Russia using churkas to keep the serfs chained to their lords. Literally so in the case of American companies buying/renting prison laborers, if the prisons run out of criminals the police go around and pick people up for slavery. There's a reason why communism is so strong there and why people tend to point guns at soldiers if they happen to get a gun.

And vice versa it's how Russia had so much influence there before 1994 when Russians chose freedom instead. Nowadays it is China and best friend Cuba instead though.

>NO cell phones (these are for government frens only and monitored, as in russia)
>NO gasoline (this is for government frens only and sold at a controlled rate)

so people live on barter and word-of-mouth as they do in any other jail, like Russia
