you can't without intense immersion for 10-15 years, I can tell even if you're 95% there, it's the way ESL people put together sentences and the few words that get used out of place or a twinge in the accent of how certain words are pronounced, it's the same as your own language.

what worked for me is watching some media like a youtube video or a tv show, and repeat what they say and try to make it sound exactly like the video.

learn the difference between say and tell, come and go, take and bring
'how it looks' or 'what it looks like', not 'how it looks like'
use phrases and idioms correctly and appropriately
use the articles correctly
spell 'ei' and 'ie' words like 'belief' and 'weird' correctly
this is the hardest to master but also the clearest indicator eslhood: prepositions, and also phrasal verbs
