yes. if the store is dirty or disorganized, it's a huge red flag to shoppers
one of the things i do is pull everything on the shelves to the edge, and also i return all the items which customers put back in the wrong spot (happens very often)
sometimes instacart shoppers will abandon a full-ass cart in the middle of the aisle. an hour will pass before we notice, and by then all the cold items will have to be thrown out, and maybe ice cream drips onto the floor too. we prefer they just bring the cart up to customer service so they can put everything back before it spoils

Yeah, jobs that are about turning information into different information without ever interacting with the physical world will absolutely be the first to go. Many office jobs will disappear completely. Routine tasks in easily navigable areas with clearly defined rules are going to be the first physical jobs to go. Things like warehouse workers and delivery drivers.
