Because Turks colonized the Balkans and destroyed the Bulgarians and Greeks and mixed with the slaves to replace civilization with turkification in those areas in the first place. And when the people gained independence the Turks had to be kicked out as colonial settler subhumans. Like the moors in Spain who in the first place were Arab Berber subhumans who invaded and rapebabied the Spanish Europeans to create the mutt settler population which grew gradually and then genocided the Mozarabic natives to replace them under Almohad rule, they were rightfully kicked out to Morocco and replaced once the Iberian kingdoms regained those areas

Whereas with Greeks Assyrians and Armenians they were not colonial settlers and many like Pontus Armenians and cappadocian Greeks were Anatolian locals who were destroyed and kicked out to European Greece they had no link to ancestrally. And replaced with subhuman Kurds who provided no value to civilization in the areas.

Balkan is an old Bulgarian word meaning "mountain". It is still in use even today. Turks came hundreds of year after the Bulgarian established their empire on the Balkan peninsula. Hungarians on the other hand are Mongoloid Huns who mixed with the locals in the region.

Modern Hungarians are mostly Pannonian Slavs, but what I said applies to the original ones.
