For me the idea that one day ill not have to work again is enough to be okay with it though

Don't be.
I saw the other side when I was 5 years old while I was under surgery.

There's nothing to be terrified of death.

Same bro.
I've been having a lot of existential dread lately. I GUESS I can accept that I'll die when I'm old as hell, but dying early is scary, and I think the universe is unfair because of the amount of people who die in shit like freak accidents.
I try to cope by living the best life I can. Then when I'm close to dying, my fearful thoughts could be balanced by all the amazing memories I've made

Biological aging, not death.

Well, you can be sure that all of these billionaire tech CEOs are pouring huge sums of money to reverse aging and with AI who knows, maybe it will be solved in the next few years. However, can you imagine the implications of having billions of people trying to live forever? Grim

Seems fine to me. Rich and peaceful countries naturally have terrible birthrates, people living longer wouldn't really ruin anything. No one is going to be "immortal" any time soon anyway, we'll be lucky if we can confirm an extra 10-20 years to our lives. Concerns about ethics and implications of longevity tech are mostly non issues and religious nonsense. Again, if you really are afraid of death, you should work on it.

Everyone is or everyone eventually does. The older you get the more you try not to think about it. Just accept that it happens to all of us eventually and there is nothing you can do about it and stop worrying.

I'm not some Lex Luther billionaire or crispr scientist so theres nothing I can do to reverse aging. Also I'm more afraid of the fact that this reality might be some sort of simulated hologram more than just dying by itself I guess, I usually wonder if reincarnation, external recurrence and other things might or could be real but thats just me.

What scares the most is why I was born a subhuman race that is the Filipino knowing I'm going to leave no contributions to the world let alone enjoy my time on Earth because our existence is to suffer.
