I strongly believe that oppression is wrong.
However, I have noticed that taking responsibility for your actions can be unpleasant. Sometimes, you haven't done anything wrong, but you still need to fix it. For example, accidents, inherited traits, etc.

Even if you made bad choices in the past, it just feels better to blame other people or circumstances.

i live among them and have worked with several, they are just like you and me. atleast southern samis like we got here dont speak sami, rarely if ever wear larp clothes and are usually so watered out they have no sami features left. the only sami part left is their reindeers.

never heard of it. each reindeer district has an upper limit of animals, the one i live in has 4500 that makes 2 per sqare km and they are pretty good at spreading them out. i seen some signs of overgrassing up north but thats usually when they chase the herds from one place to the other.
