I thought it was pretty disjointed, but it's not like it was written to be anything else. Didn't think it particularly enlightful tbqh. Reminds me of Quotations from Chairman Mao but the stuff in Meditations is definitely better than that

How does this book or books like it change people's lives? There's too much in it to constantly keep in your mind as you live everyday life so that it changes for the better.
