What’s it like knowing 3 or more languages? Is it a waste of time or worth it?

arabic has a poetic nature thats impossible to describe using other languages

english helped me read books that arent translated to arabic, as well as engaging in several communities, it was a gate for me

it mess up with your brain a little when talking in one of the languages other than your mother tongue but other than that it is worth the long-term experiences you get from it

I speak Ukrainian and Russian fluently, and roughly know French. Sometimes I click on an untranslated war video and can let people know what's being said in the comments. And I can get the general gist of other slavic languages like Polish if I read carefully. Maybe saying I know French helps me on resumes.

But otherwise it's useless and you're not missing out on anything.
