Do you look have any cool interests to talk about? Things your passionate about? What do you you do for fun? I learned far too late the the most important thing to attract young women is to make yourself fun to be around. Women want to date a guy who can take her to do fun things. No one wants to date a mopey loser who watches anime and player video games in his bedroom all day because that's fucking boring. Seriously, just be a likable person and suddenly attracting women become much easier.

Please for the love of God listen to me. People told me this when I was your ages and I ignore them, and as a result I didn't lose my virginity until I was 27 and missed out on a lot of potentially fun years.

I am working towards this. I'm trying to move cities where there's more of a scene for the music I like/play which hopefully means I can find people to play and perform with, get more socially integrated, and hopefully be interesting and meet nice ladies.

The older you get the more you stop caring. About everything, you exist to continue to exist and whichever direction you flail in and who you trample in your desperate struggle makes so little difference it won't even be worth remembering. Work on your cardio, preferably in fresh air and try to do a couple of things you want to. It's harder to do now than when you're desperate and short on time, but it's a worthwhile effort. You'll be less neurotic if you live a life you want.
