Haven't played Battlefield since BF4. This series has just devolved and been dumbed down. Last time I checked, they had removed the scoreboard and class system. Zero competitiveness allowed.

Wasn't the last BF game a flop? I was the only guy in class that played Battlefield 3 over MW back in college. It was 999 Rs(20$) back then on the origin store but people began using VPNs to buy it on the Indian origin store so they changed the price to 60$ and that's been the standard for EA games since then.

I remember pre-ordering BC2 on Steam. At launch, it was a fucking mess, bugs and shit servers everywhere. After several months they fixed it, but by then I had already moved on to other games. The little I played was still somewhat fun.

Then I bought BF3 on launch for my PS3. It was peak kino, even when considering the console dogshit performance. I played it nonstop for like two years.

One game I remember having an insanely bad input lag was Killzone 3. Framerate wise it ran ok, but the lag you felt when turning around and firing was almost unplayable. And that's sad because the game's mp was pretty fun.

Yeah. Most of the time, drastically noticeable input lag is either linked to low frame rate or vsync turned on. But there are some edge cases where the engine is so fucked that even when the games is running at a decent FPS and vsync is turned off, the input still feels super sluggish.
Another example of this was Black for the PS2. As a kid, the game just felt awful to control, but I didn't know why, I didn't even know what "frame rate" was, let alone input lag.

I just wanna know if it will reassemble anything with Battlefield 4, I stopped caring about the series ever since
