mine has dementia and tries to use the remote control as a phone every day to call her dead friends
its sad babysitting her but she likes old western movies and still remembers some of the actors. not me, though, haha

thanks. she's slowly getting closer and closer to the end, the sad part is a part of her is aware of what's happening
after you remind her father and some of her old friends are dead (which you have to do pretty much every day) she says "well why doesn't the lord take me?"
makes me feel really bad for my mom who does the majority of the caretaking, at least until we put her in a home
