It's all relative. My house is valued at around 350k which is about the national avarage in a big empty country like Swede . Most everyone sitting at an avarage firstie income would see that as a very reasonable price by todays metrics. My deposit was still only 100k though. I recently watched a Swedish documentary on TV about the struggle of young men. They followed a group of zoomer men in rural Sweden. They all had productive jobs like repairing power lines or working in the mine. Everyday they were out in the snow contributing to society. They all earned fairly well, had bought their own houses, one was building a sauna. However when they had a night out there were only other men there and when asked only 2/8 had girlfriends. The rest said that basically all the women had left. None of these guys were unattractive, a bit simple maybe, but they took care of themselves and looked fine.

I contrasted this with this “influencer event” my company hosted in Stockholm the other day. Full of zoomer whores with their bullshit degrees shilling some garbage energy drink or clothing brand. I know for a fact they’re all paid jackshit and have to live in a tiny apartment. Their lives consist of tinder hookups with chad, binge drinking with other whores and spending more money than they have on keeping up this fake big city lifestyle.

It made me think, why is the idea of being an impoverished cum dumpster of Chad in the big city more appealing to them than just staying home in their villages, marrying the local electrician and raising a family in their own houses? Is it really all just instagram?

I can lay awake thinking about stuff like my roof, thinking about how old it is, googling what is the average lifespan of my type of roof, am I sure what type of roof I have? How can I safely walk on my roof without damaging it to check for any damage? What kind of damages does my insurance cover?
I hate owning a house, it's too much stuff and too big. But I also don't want to live in a suicide box (apartment) where I have little control over my "home".

My town of 800 people is mostly retirees and working age men. It becomes normal after a while to not see any women my age. I can probably could the children in my town on 1 hand.
